Moss is the Executive Chairman of Mosong Capital (Pty) Ltd and a founder of Mosong Capital. He has over 25 years’ experience in the corporate sector. He is the former Chief Executive Officer of the following: Moribo Leisure (Pty) Ltd, South African Tourism and the Johannesburg World Summit on Sustainable Development. He is a Director and Chairperson of several Boards. He is a recipient of the following awards: 2000/2001 FEDHASA Leadership Award, 2002 Tribute Business Leadership Award and 2003 IPM Presidential Leadership Award. He is a graduate from Witwatersrand University, graduating in Bachelor of Arts (BA) and Bachelor of Law (LLB).

Tidimalo is the Chief Operations Officer and co-founder of Mosong Capital. She has vast experience in both the corporate and public sectors. Her previous positions include, Chief Director: Department of Foreign Affairs, Executive Director: Meropa Communications, International Relations Officer: 2004 South Africa Olympic Bid Committee and Employee Wellbeing Manager: Eskom. She is a graduate from UNISA, graduating in Bachelor of Arts, Bachelor of Law (LLB) and post grad certificate in Management Development Programme through UNISA School of Business Leadership. She is the Director of several Boards and a member of the Institute of Directors (IOD).
